Whether this is your first child or your seventh, you may long for a knowledgable, adaptable helper who serves with compassion and respect. As a dedicated doula and lactation consultant, I am here to listen, witness, celebrate and support you in your unique goals and needs on the parenting journey.

My journey began with a deep interest in maternal and infant health, which lead me to become a Certified Professional Midwife (USA only) in 2011. Not long after, I experienced the transformative power of childbirth and parenting. Over the last 15 years I have gone on to become a doula, hypnobirthing coach, childbirth educator and lactation consultant (IBCLC)l. I continuously update my skills to provide the best care possible. My approach is family centered and inclusive of many different parenting styles and birth and feeding goals. I love nurturing parents so that they feel resourced and supported, finding their own strengths and resilence.I feel honored when I can support a family during one of the most significant times in their lives.

Prenatal Doula Support & Childbirth Classes
My prenatal doula services provide emotional and educational support to help you prepare for childbirth with confidence and peace of mind.
Postpartum Doula Care
Experience nurturing care and guidance during the postpartum period, ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood. Have a trustworthy companion in infant care.
Lactation Consulting
Receive personalized breastfeeding, pumping and/or bottle feeding support. Address challenges, work towards your goals and enhance daily enjoyment.
Infant Caregiving
Feel relief knowing you have someone on your team who can care for your young child safely and compassionately if you have to be away or are otherwise unavailable for periods of time.
